Gas, Air, Nitrox And Trimix Refills @ Diving Leisure Leeds, Yorkshire

Breathing air is available to 300 bar at our custom built gas station in the center of Leeds. Our breathing air exceeds current requirements for recreational and technical diving. A certification of analysis is displayed in the shop at all times. The filling of cylinders is done so under the guidelines of the HSE and only cylinders conforming to these standards can be filled on our site.

Nitrox is available from 22% through to 99%. Cylinders have to conform to HSE specifications. Customers will also need to bring their certification for their first Nitrox fill. Nitrox can only be issued to those people who have proof of certification and only fills to that level can be taken. Gas prices are charged at 1p per litre and a £2 .50 air top and blending services charge per cylinder unless otherwise stated.

Oxygen can be supplied upto 230 bar providing the cylinders are in current test and oxygen clean. Either a suitable diving qualification or oxygen administration certificate will be needed to obtain these types of fills. Oxygen currently costs 1p per litre for top-offs.

Trimix is available to those certified to use it. Gas can be provided to your individual needs and requirements, subject to certification. Helium is charged at 2.2p per lite and oxygen at 1p per litre with a £2.50 air top and gas blending charge per cylinder. Partial pressure blending Trimix results in variable gas concentrations throughout the cylinder. Leaving the cylinder to homogenise resolves this issue and ensures your breathing mix really is what you think. As such Diving Leisure Leeds requires 24 hours from the time of dropping off to picking up and analysis. Gas contents will be analysed by the blender AND the buyer at time of purchase. We strongly recommend you re-analyse the gas before diving.

We reserve the right to charge for any gas which has to be drained due to customers not being able to provide suitable documentation. Failure to pay for drained gas will mean that Diving Leisure Leeds will retain the cylinder until the matter is resolved.
